Your character will lose more hunger/happiness without a house! You can claim one today if you have at least 75% of the money needed to buy the house claimed, or you can buy one immediately. It will be placed somewhere on your character sheet to show you have it, of course you must pay bills, but they are not that expensive. The more expensive a house is, the less hunger/happiness you will lose. We are constructing new houses all the time! Be ready for a new house perhaps in August or earlier!

Great Panda Hills-- 725 S$(earn 160 S$ a month/50 S$ bills)
White Bunny Boulevard-- 850 S$(earn 240 S$ a month/65 S$ bills)

Yellow Duck Lake-- 1050 S$(earn 390 S$ a month/95 S$ bills)

We are also selling rooms for apartments at 75 S$ per month, although you must pay a few bills at about 20 S$ a month. Your character will not be more "comfy" here than a real house, but if you're too poor, this is the place. You may purchase an apartment for an initial price of 30 S$ with bills of 8 S$ a week. The money earned from each one is listed beside the price of the house. You MAY upgrade from each house, but you will not add an extra amount, you must pay another total amount.
Ex. If you have a house on White Bunny Boulevard, you don't pay 75 S$ to get a house on Brown Bear Hollow, you pay 725 S$.
