Well, we have a house there for 725 S$. It has a very nice view and comforting colors on the walls before you go in.

What about Brown Bear Hollow?

It's the cheapest house on the market, not including apartments. It's 650 S$. The view isn't as nice and neither are the colors, but it's very safe and quiet there.
